Return policy is only applicable to purchases made within a timeframe of 15 days. What this means is that if it’s been more than 15 days since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer you a refund of money or exchange a product.

It’s essential that if you are returning a product, it’s unused and provided in the same condition along with the packaging as you obtained from the company.

There are certain goods and articles that cannot be returned to our company according to the policies. Perishable goods, sanitary goods and goods that contain hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases) like sprays, floor cleaners, food articles, flowers, newspapers or magazines can’t be returned at any cost.

  • It's essential to provide a receipt of your purchase or some other proof before you return a product.
  • Purchases sent back to the manufacturer will not be accepted.
  • There are certain situations wherein partial refunds may be offered even in case of non-perishable items. If products such as pen drives, laptop skins, phone covers seem used, the refund will not be total. Any item that isn’t returned with its original packaging and contents or is in any way found damaged will not be liable for getting a full refund. Any return made after 30 days of delivery of the product will also not be eligible for a return of equivalent value.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned product is seen and inspected by our company officials, you shall receive a confirmation email from our side mentioning that your product has been successfully received. We shall also notify whether you are applicable to get a refund or not. On approval, your refund will be processed in a few days time and you shall receive the value of the product via credit card or by the method of payment you opted for at the time of purchase.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If it’s been few days that you haven’t received your refund, then it’s essential that you check your bank account first before contacting the company.
  • If you wished to receive the refund via credit card, then it’s likely it will take a little longer than traditional methods of refunds.

Items that were bought on a sale cannot be refunded. Only products which don’t fall under the category of sale items are applicable to be returned.


Exchanges (if applicable)

If you purchased a gift for an individual and marked it as a gift then you shall receive an extra bonus for the value of your return. Once the item is successfully returned, a gift certificate will be mailed to you confirming your return.

All shipping costs are non-refundable in nature. Cost of shipping will be deducted from the value of refund once your product is refunded successfully.
